Frequently Asked Questions

Clear, transparent answers about our charitable registration, field work, and donation procedures.

Yes. On April 3, 2026, Omole Foundation for Hope, a Maryland nonprofit corporation headquartered in Howard County, received formal approval from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a section 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) is 39-2941983. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.
The foundation began in 2023 following a visit to a village in West Africa. Witnessing firsthand the critical lack of clean water, health support, and conducive learning environments for children, the founders returned to the United States and began discussions with family, friends, and community members. Those discussions grew into a dedicated nonprofit mission.
Since its establishment, Omole Foundation for Hope has launched two community projects in two countries in West Africa, taking meaningful steps toward improving access to clean water, school environments, and essential resources for underserved families.
We gratefully receive donations mailed via postal check or money order. All checks should be made payable to Omole Foundation for Hope and mailed to:
